>> We left Milan in the late morning
and right after we landed in London our feet started to move
under a typical english rain.
We strolled in Covent Garden,
ate pastrami at Mishink,
and wandered around the center.
Then it was about time for some compulsory shopping in Oxford Street.
Here I am proudly showing my spoils.
And after a moroccan dinner we rested on the bed.
Our second day started with the sun
We went to Victoria station
and then straight to Brighton
where unfortunately the sun turned into a storm.
And while the wind blew on the pier
and the waves wrecked on the shore
we tried to stand
hit by an inexplicable euphoria.
After that we found shelter in the Lanes
the old Brighton streets
full of lovely shops
Then totally worn out we jumped on the train back to London.
After an amazing dinner at the supercool Hakkan restaurant in Mayfair
we went back to the hotel.
The morning of the third day we jumped on the tube towards Liverpool street
where ipermodern buildings get along with old London style ones.
and step after step we reached the Spitalfields market
full of stalls and vintage shops.
Then straight to Brick lane, which is right around the corner
surronded by street art and vintage shops.
after so much walking we stopped for a mid afternoon lunch break at Poppies,
a fish and chips restaurant where 50ies style waitresses
served us a ginormous plate
and our third day in London was over too.
Our three days in London litterally flew away, not even the time to get used to the idea
and we were flying back home.
And while the landing gear was touching the ground
I thought how London never disappoints me.
