>> Hi and welcome back,
it's time again to share with you my favourite products of the month
starting as always with the beauty ones.
Make yourself comfortable because during October I found some cool stuff
and then, following your suggestions,
I decided to include in today's video also some products I tested and I didn't like.
So if you are ready I guess we can start.
The first product I'd like to show you us a body cream
it's Caudalie's Vine Body butter.
I was very curious to test this french company products
because I recently found some positive reviews both on line and on the magazines
and as I didn't know this brand
I made a quick reasearch and found out
that it's sold in many pharmacies,
included one near where I live,
so I went there and chose as first product to test
this body butter.
I'll start by saying that my skin is very dry and sensitive
so the body creams are often a problem for me
because the end by being or too oily
or on the opposite not enough hydrating,
while I immediately liked this vine body butter.
I love the texture,
it's smooth and silky, it's easy to apply and it soaks in quickly
which are all great plus in a body cream.
Moreover it has a fresh citrus fragrance
which is very pleasant and it lasts a long time after the application.
The composition is made of grape and karité Butter
and it's an elixir for the dry skin
which immediately feels hydrated and smooth.
During my reasearches I also found out that
Caudalies company policy is based on the defense of the environement
and on the use of very natural products.
Infact since 2006 they removed all parabens, sulfates and animal-derived materials from their products
and since 2012 they are part of the "1% for the planet" association
devolving 1% of their annual turnover to promote environmental projects.
All good reasons to choose Caudalie.
The Vine body butter costs 21,15 euros
which in my opinion is a very reasonable price
because the products quality is very high,
and you can purchase it online, directly on the Caudalie web site
or in one of the pharmacies which distribute the brand.
As usual on my blog you will find the link to the site
and on their site you'll find the list of all the dealers
and of course my blog address is in the info box below.
The second product I loved during the month of October is this one
Bioderma Ultra mild cleanser,
belonging to the Crealine H2O line.
I highly suggest this because it's very mild
as it's designed on purpose for sensitive skins
so it's soothing and it doesn't dry your face.
It works greatly and you can use it on the face and on the eyes.
So with one single product you'll be able to remove the make up without drying your skin
and very quickly because you don't need to rinse it,
which is not bad!
Moreover you can find Bioderma only in pharmacies
because it's a company specialized in the skin care at a medical level too.
I chose this 100 ml version
which costs 4,90 euros, but there's a bigger version too.
As I said you can only buy it in pharmacies
if you are interested on my blog you'll find the link to Bioderma website
with the list of all the dealers.
Always speaking about skin care
there are two products I didn't like at all.
As I said at the beginning of the video I decided to include some
products I wasn't fond of too
and the first one is this pure argan butter by Provenzali.
I didn't like it for many reasons,
first of all the texture
which is nubby and too compact
but it suddently becomes super oily when in contact with the heat of the hands.
It's hard to apply and it takes ages to soak in
which means you cannot get dress for a long time
or it will stick on every piece of cloth you'll decide to wear.
Another thing I hated is the smell
which is very unplesant.
Anyway if you can stand all these defects
I have to admit it leaves the skin super smooth and hydrated
but in my opinion it's not worth the cost.
The second product I didn't like is
this Clinique face scrub
the exfoliating face scrub.
I had great expectations for this product, mainly because I was never deceived by Clinique
but sadly this time it's a thumb down.
It has a strong medical smell which I think is very unpleasant
and it leaves the skin super dry
which is really annoying
and to compensate this you need to use a ton of hydrating cream.
So, even if it surely exfoliates and does the job,
I think it's too aggressive and I definitely don't suggest you to use it.
During the month of October I discovered Zoeva
a german company specialized in high quality make up products at reasonable prices.
The company was founded in 2006 as a make up brushes manufacturer
which is still their core business, but in the years it developped and now it offers a wide range of make up related products.
I found out about this company through some youtube videos and beauty blogs I follow
and I was very curious about it
so I visited their web site and I suggest you to do the same
because you'll immediately get an idea of the kind of products they offer.
Unfortunately it doesn't have an headquarter in Italy so you can only by online
but it's worth a try because the quality of the products I tested is very good
and the service offered is high standard too.
In my first order I decided to include both make up products and brushes
to get a general idea about the brand
Anyway I'm only going to talk about two make up items
which I particularly liked
also because I think I need some more time to give you a good review about the brushes.
The first product is this one
a precision eyeliner pen
the cat eye pen.
I really like the packaging
with this elegant black box with fuscia on the inside
and the pen is really handy and easy to use.
If you use eyeliner you know how hard it is
to apply it evenly and with precision
but thanks to the ultra thin felt tip
applying eyeliner will be super easy because
by only regulating the pressure you will be able to draw thin lines
as much as thicker ones.
Moreover the colour is very intense
but not heavy,
it last a long time without smudging
so this cat eye pen was a really good find
and it only costs 5.50 euros.
The second Zoeva product I fell in love with is
is this powder mineral highlighter
the Summer light.
I promise you will only need a pinch of this magic powder
to give a fresh and lovely look to your face.
Then it's easy to apply
you need very little to make the difference
and it's perfect to highlight the cheeks
and under the eyebrows.
It lasts a long time
and it only costs 4.50 euros
more than this I don't know what to say.
As I said before Zoeva's products can only be purchased online
but I assure you the quality is very good
and the service offered is impeccable.
The packaging is simple and captivating
the orders are prerared and packed carefully
and you'll even find in the parcel a card with the name of the worker who put together your order.
The goods are shipped through DHL
which means they are traceable and quick
are the transport cost is around 7,00 euros.
As you may have noticed I fell in love with Zoeva
and I suggest you to visit their web site, you'll find the link on my blog!
On this month random section I've got three different products I'd like to talk about
this is the first one
Sephora express dry shampoo.
I'm not exagerating if I say this little guy changed my life
you are probably wondering why am I so excited
and I have to say I was quite skeptical at the beginning too
mainly because I always thought about dry shampoo as something linked to hospitals,
not really a happy thought!
Then I watched some youtube videos where they used this kind of product
with interesting results
so I got caught in it and I decided to try.
The first one I got my hands on was this one from Sephora
and even if during the month I tried out some other brands too
I still think this is the best one and later I will explain you why.
I'll start by saying that my hair is super hard to handle,
because the scalp is very oily and the ends are super dry
This means that after 24 hours from my first shampoo
my scalp starts to become oily
and the hair doesn't look clean anymore
and has that awfull flatness on top
and puffiness on the ends.
If on the other hand I exceed with the shampoos
my ends dry out and start breaking
it's a real nightmare!
In my life I obviously tried many different shampoos
but I never really solved the problem
until I tried the dry shampoo.
This because it allows me to wait a bit longer before I wash my hair completely
and I can use the dry shampoo in between
which you apply directly on the scalp
and it suddently degreases it
and the hair smells good like it's fresh out of the shower.
Moreover it's ultra volumizing
more than with any hairspray.
As I said during the month I try out some other brands too
but I still like this one better
because often the other dry shampoos
leave a clear coat on the hair
which is hard to remove
and tend to harden it giving a really unnatural look.
This one by Sephora doesn't leave any clear coat
and the hair is smooth and volumized in a very natural way
and it smells greatly.
I really suggest you to use it, it costs 7,00 euros and the only thing I would like to say to Mr Sephora,
if a Mr Sephora exists,
is that the packaging is too small.
It's perfect to carry on a travel
but it really ends too quickly, so Mr Sephora
this is a plea, why don't you make a bigger packaging
for this dry shampoo? Because it's saving my life!
That's why I'm suggesting it to you too...Sephora dry shampoo!
Now let's get to a lips product
a product you'll find on the majority of drugstores
it's Maybelline tinted lip blam, the babylips.
It has a formula enriched with vitamins, karite' butter and centella
which protects and soothes the lips,
moreover centella
makes the skin more elastic and
helps the natural production of collagen.
I think these lip balms are perfect for Winter
because they hydrate and soften the lips
they also have an SPF20 which is always good
because the lips are really sensitive
and they are available in 6 different shades
so they are a valid everyday option to the lipstick
to get a more natural look
and have the lips hydrated and protected.
They cost 3.90 euros
as you see I already bought two
in different shades
I chose cherry with this intense red colour
which is actually very sheer on the lips
and for a nude effect this peach one
and I forgot to tell you they smell heavenly!
They cost 3.90 euros and as I said you can find them in the majority of drugstores.
The third and last product from this month random section is
Sephora creamy body wash.
and I suggest it because it has a very good price quality ratio in my opinion
in fact a 140 ml package like this only costs 3.90 euros.
Moreover it deeply clenses and leaves the skin smooth and hydrated
it doesn't dry it out
and it's available in several different fragrances
from the most classic to the most peculiar ones
This month I chose and fell in love with the Caramel scented one
and I tell you it has a super yummy scent.
So, 3.90 euros, body wash, you can find it at Sephora
in the stores and online.
And we reached the end of this October beauty favourites video

the motorcycle roaring on the street
how could we live without it
now a lovely tractor
and now we only need a Truck!
and we reached the *coughs*
and this is all for....
and that's all for my October beauty favourites
