>> Hi, I'm Giuliana and he is Daniele,
welcome to our kitchen,
today we are going to cook together a Summer recipe,
so a cold recipe,
a quinoa taboulé.
For this recipe we will need,
for 5 people:
250gr of Quinoa,
one red onion, or if little two of them,
a fistful of cherry tomatoes,
a fistful of mint, parsley and basil,
a clove of garlic,
a cucumber or if big only half of it,
a red pepper and a yellow pepper,
a lemon,
salt and oil as needed.
First of all we need to rinse the quinoa
under running water
so we will use a strainer.
After we rinse it we leave the quinoa to drain
in the mean time we set some water on the stove
we add some salt because we are going to boil the quinoa
and it will cook until the grains skin will open
so we start by putting salt in the water.
then we can add quinoa.
Now we can start cutting the vegetables.
We cut the vegetables
and in the mean time quinoa is cooking on the stove.
Now we take the garlic
and we cut it together with the herbs,
in order to add them as first thing once the quinoa will be cooked.
A quarter of an hour passed
quinoa shuould be ready, now we drain it
and we cool it down.
We drained the quinoa
and we place it in a bowl in order to add herbs and garlic,
which are the first to mix.
Now we can add all the vegetables
and we can then season everything.
To season we will use
the juice of a lemon,
some salt
and oil.
We will serve our quinoa taboulé
with some meat
a tenderloin which we will cook without cutting, but before
we will massage it, Daniele will do it, with some spices.
More precisely we will use rosemary,
some thyme and some fresh oregano
and we will also add some green pepper.
Now we put it in the fridge
for an hour or two, more or less the same time quinoa will need to rest
so that it will soak all the flavours we added.
To finish the recipe we will prepare a sauce with yogurth
some lemon, some garlic, some mint
and some salt
which we will mix with some oil
and this will be served with the meat and the taboulé.
and the yogurth sauce is ready too
and we put it to rest in the fridge with all the rest
Now we can have a drink
and come back in an hour
to finish the recipe.

and a few drinks after
we are ready to finish our recipe.
First of all we heat a pan on the stove
to cook the tenderloin
which we gran from the fridge.
We add salt to the meat.
Ready!
Now we cut the meat
and we get ready to dish everything out.
Et voilà, our finished recipe!
